To initiate a return for refund or credit, and you purchased your unit directly from www.raptbaby.com or www.raptventures.com and meet the requirements listed below, please click here.
You will be asked to input your order information and select the item(s) to be returned. Once done you will be provided with a prepaid return label to ship your product back to us.
Once your return has been received, unless the item was purchased as a gift, we will issue a refund that will be applied to your credit card or other method of payment used for the original purchase. If you are returning a gift and have a gift receipt with an order number, we will issue you a digital gift card for the value of your return which can be applied to any future purchases on our websites.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must have been purchased directly from www.raptbaby.com or www.raptventures.com.
- You must have an order number.
- The return request cannot be made more than 30 days after the shipping date.
- The product must be in new condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that you will assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
To return a product purchased from an authorized third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon), please contact that retailer for information on their return policy and to initiate a return under that policy.
