To initiate a request for refund, credit or exchange when you 1) purchased your unit directly from www.raptbaby.com and 2) meet the requirements listed below, please click here.

Requirements for a Refund, Credit or Exchange

  • The product must have been purchased directly from raptbaby.com.
  • You must have the order number and email address provided on the order.
  • The refund, credit or exchange request must be made within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • The product must be in new condition and with original packaging.

Note: To replace a defective product outside the 30-day return window, please click here for instructions on filing a warranty claim.

Refund, Credit and Exchange Process

To initiate the refund, credit or exchange, you will be asked to input your email address and order number, select the item(s) to be returned and provide the reason for the return.

If the return reason is “Item was damaged,” you will be asked to provide a description of the damage or defect.  We will then email you a prepaid return label to ship your product back to us (or other instructions on what to do with the unit), and we will issue you a refund or gift card or send you a replacement unit as you requested.

For all other refunds, credits and exchanges initiated within 30 days of the shipping date, we will send you a shipping label for you to ship the unit, instruction manual, USB-A to USB-C cable and internal packaging in the original RAPTbaby™ box to us.

If you have been requested to return the unit to us and:

  • if you are requesting a refund or credit, unless the item was purchased as a gift, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment once your return has been received.
  • if you are returning a gift and have a gift receipt with an order number and the email address provided on the original order, once your return has been received, we will issue you a digital gift card for the value of your return which can be applied to any future purchases on our website.
  • if you are requesting an exchange, we will send you a replacement unit after we have confirmed that you have shipped your unit back to us (which happens when the shipping label we send you is scanned by the return carrier).

Please note that you will assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping if the unit is not packaged securely.

To return a product purchased from an authorized third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon), please contact that retailer for information on their return policy and to initiate a return under that policy.
