RAPT Ventures, Inc. (“RVI”) Limited 1-Year Warranty
RVI warrants our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase with the proviso that any USB cable included with the product is excluded from this Warranty.
If the product fails to function in a satisfactory manner because of any defect or malfunction during the warranty period, RVI will repair or, at its discretion, replace the product, without charge, subject to RVI’s confirmation of a defect or malfunction, and provided you adhere to the warranty return requirements applicable to your product.
If the product is damaged, and you purchased it from www.raptbaby.com , please click here. You will be asked to input your email address, order number and the reason for the warranty claim and attach photos of any damage or defect, if applicable and visible. Once this information has been received and reviewed, you will be notified by email if additional information is required or, if the warranty claim is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label by email to send your product back to us, or with alternative instructions on what to do with the unit. If the product is to be returned to us, we will send you a replacement upon notification that your product has been shipped. If the product is to be otherwise disposed of, we will send you a replacement upon approving the warranty claim.
If you purchased your damaged product from an authorized third-party, you should contact that third-party for instructions on how to initiate a warranty return. If they direct you to us, please send us an email at [email protected] with your name, address, phone number, a legible and verifiable copy of a sales or gift receipt which shows the date of purchase, vendor, product model number and purchase price, the reason for the return and photos of any damage or defect if applicable and visible. RVI will review this information and provide further instructions to you by email. If the product is to be returned to RVI, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and send you a replacement upon notification that your product has been shipped. If the product is to be otherwise disposed of, we will send you a replacement upon approving the warranty claim.

DAMAGES LIMITATION
RVI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, INTEREST, LOST GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, LOSS BY REASON OF SHUTDOWN OR NON-OPERATION, INCREASED EXPENSES OF OPERATION, OR CLAIMS OF CUSTOMER’S CUSTOMERS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STRICT LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE), PATENT INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
NOTE: This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by negligence or willful actions, misuse or accident, or that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America, applies only to products purchased from authorized sellers, and extends only to the original purchaser or gift recipient.
IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED UNDER THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT, IT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE.
STATE LAWS
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
